产生影响!拉本盖普-纳库奇学校 is partnering with HBCU institutions to offer a one-year fellowship that provides real-world work experience and mentorship beyond college graduation. This program will introduce future African-American educators graduating from HBCU institutions to the world of independent schools and help them 产生影响 in the lives of students.
A growing number of students from diverse backgrounds and experiences are attending independent schools throughout the country.
拉本盖普-纳库奇学校 has recognized the need for independent schools to aggressively recruit African American educators and administrators who can relate to the needs of young people who come from a range of backgrounds but have a common experience in our changing social environment. We know that there are excellent future educators who can help us help our students reach their full potential. These future educators are being trained by prolific Historically Black Colleges and Universities. We want to connect with these young men and women as early as possible to help them make the impact on the education and social communities we know they have the ability to make.

Rising juniors may express interest in the program by using the form on this webpage. Students will be invited to participate in a series of workshops during the first semester of their junior year.
